Our Shipping Approach

At Widelite, we create home products made for everyday life.
To avoid unnecessary warehousing, overstock, and additional carbon impact, many items are shipped directly from our trusted manufacturing partners and international fulfillment centers.

This model helps us to:

  • Keep prices reasonable by reducing traditional retail overhead
  • Cut down waste and support a more efficient supply chain

1. Processing Time & Shipping Fee

Processing Time

We prepare each order carefully. Please allow 2–4 business days for order handling, quality inspection, and packing before shipment.

During peak periods (e.g., holidays / New Year), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Fee

We charge a flat shipping fee of $5.99 per order (applies to all destinations).


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Because orders may ship from different global locations, transit times can vary by region.

These are estimated transit windows and not guaranteed delivery dates.


3. Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

Please keep in mind:

  • Tracking may take 1–3 business days to show movement after the shipping label is created
  • If updates don’t appear right away, your parcel may still be traveling through the carrier network

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means:

  • Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are paid by the customer
  • Widelite is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

Customs charges are not common for many home/household items, but rules differ by country.


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders shortly after they’re placed to avoid delays.

If you need to update your shipping address or request a cancellation, please email support@wideliteofficial.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has entered processing, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • the item(s)
  • the outer packaging (and shipping label if possible)

We will review and arrange a free replacement when applicable.

Lost in Transit

If the carrier confirms that your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
