Return & Refund Policy

At Widelite, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help. Please read the terms below for returns, refunds, and related support.
1) Return Eligibility
A return may be accepted only if all requirements below are met:
- Requested and sent back within 30 days of delivery
- Item is unused / uninstalled, and remains in the same condition as received (no wipe marks or signs of handling)
- Returned in original packaging, including any manuals, accessories, hardware/fasteners, tags, protective films, and seals (if applicable)
- Includes proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
For product safety and integrity, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used/installed, show visible wear (scratches/stains), are missing parts, or have broken/damaged seals.
2) Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund
The following are generally non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Products that are used or installed
- Items labeled Final Sale / Non-returnable
- Gift cards
- Free gifts or promotional giveaway items
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Opened consumable/cleaning items (such as refill oils or cleaners), when applicable
3) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A short explanation of the issue
- Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging (outer box, protective materials, and shipping label)
After review, we may offer (as appropriate): replacement parts, a replacement unit, or a refund.
4) How to Request a Return

Returns shipped without prior approval may be refused.
5) Return Shipping Costs & Method
Return shipping is typically paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., defective/incorrect item).
We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service.
Widelite is not liable for return parcels that are lost, delayed, or not delivered back to us.
6) Refunds
Once the returned item arrives and is inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear (depends on your bank/payment provider)
- Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable, except when the return results from our error (e.g., damaged/incorrect item)
7) Exchanges
We do not provide direct exchanges at this time.
If you want a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
8) Late or Missing Refunds
If you don’t see the refund after the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card issuer (posting time can vary)
- Contact your bank (processing delays are common)

9) Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible:
- If your order has not shipped, cancellation may be possible
- If your order has shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process (if eligible)
10) Return Address & Instructions
All returns must be approved first. Please wait for Widelite return instructions (e.g., label requirements and packing/shipping guidelines) before sending anything back.
