Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

I placed an order but didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, email support@wideliteofficial.com and we’ll help confirm your order status.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No—guest checkout is available. Creating an account can help you review order history, save shipping details, and manage tracking more easily.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and any additional payment methods shown at checkout. Available options may vary by location.

Do you offer discount codes?

We may run promotions from time to time. Please note:

Do you ship internationally?

Will I need to pay duties or customs fees?

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges required by your local authorities. These fees are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.

My order seems delayed—what should I do?

Delays can occur due to carrier operations, weather, or customs clearance. If your tracking appears delayed, email us your order number at support@wideliteofficial.com and we’ll help you check.

Tracking says “delivered” but I didn’t receive my package.

Please check nearby safe locations, with neighbors/household members, or your building’s reception/mailroom. If you still can’t locate it, contact the carrier directly. You may also email us and we’ll assist where possible.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Can I return opened or used items?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact support@wideliteofficial.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review and assist as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and approve your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear (timing depends on your payment provider).
